5th November, 2017

On Wednesday 1st November, staff at Mount Kelly School Hong Kong had a full and productive day with representatives from the British Consul-General in Hong Kong and the Department for International Trade. A morning meeting at the Consulate was followed by lunch and then a tour of our Hong Kong campuses. Thank you to the British Consulate team for their ongoing support.

On Friday 3rd November, on behalf of MKHK, I enjoyed attending the Royal Commonwealth Society Hong Kong discussion on “BREXIT, a Commonwealth Opportunity?” Keynote speaker Rt. Hon Lord Howell of Guildford, followed by a stimulating and lively panel discussion and Q&A.

Mount Kelly School Hong Kong is supporting the Poppy Appeal in Hong Kong, with poppies on sale in our Preschool and we plan to attend the forthcoming Remembrance Day Memorial: http://branches.britishlegion.org.uk/branches/hong-kong/poppy-appeal
